The Chronicle of the Horse will publish the Annual Horse Show Issue in a few months.

They will include results and photos of all GHHJA Champions. If you are the champion of a GHHJA division get your photos ordered and ready to mail to me by
asap.    NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Chronicle requires the following:

1. The photos must be 2009 action shots of the Champions only.
    (Walking, Trotting or jumping - No Candids)

2. Photos must be no smaller than 3 1/2 x 5 and not larger than 8x10.

3. On the back of the photo please put the following information on ALL photos:

1. Name of the Association (Greater Houston Hunter Jumper Association) 2. The division won 3. Horse's name 4. Rider's name 5. Owner's name 6. Photographer's name All Must be clearly written on the back of each photo.

4. If a horse or pony has multiple championships only one photo will be used.

5. The Chronicle only accepts original prints. They do not accept photo from photo duplicating machines. They do not accept proofs, photos that are not clear or poor reproductive quality, non-professional digital images. If there are any questions regarding the authenticity of a photo, the Chronicle will not accept it.

6. The photographer's authorization for publication, if necessary, must be included with the photograph.

7. All photos must be submitted by the GHHJA organization.
